History:
Fr. Winckelmans was the first to settle down in Keorapukur as a permanent resident priest in 1963. Fr. J. Cukale, SJ replaced him in 1965. It was
only in 1968 Keorapukur was bifurcated from Raghabpur and canonically erected as a Parish. The present church was blessed in 1977. Fr. Cukale
had a long tenure as the Parish Priest for more than 25 years.
